The PepBloom community is where adults on GLP-1 medications and peptides share what it's actually like: side effects, food, routines, progress, setbacks. These rules keep it safe and useful. They're part of our Terms of Use.
The short version
- Share your own experience. Don't tell others what to take.
- No selling, buying or sourcing, ever.
- Be kind. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive members.
- Report anything that breaks these rules. We act on every report within 24 hours.
1. What belongs here
- How a medication is going for you: side effects, what helped, what didn't
- Food, protein, water, exercise and routines
- Questions for others about their experience
- Progress and setbacks
- Encouragement
"I'm on 5 mg and the nausea eased in week 3" is your experience, and welcome. "Take 5 mg and go up next week" tells someone else what to do, and isn't allowed.
2. Never allowed
We remove these and may ban the member, with no warning needed.
- Selling, buying or sourcing. Offering, asking for or trading peptides, medications or other substances. Asking where to get them, naming sellers, sharing a seller's prices, discount or referral codes.
- Dosing protocols. Telling others what dose, schedule, titration, reconstitution or stack to use.
- Medical advice presented as fact. "Stop taking X", "this cures Y", "you don't need a doctor". Share what happened to you, and leave decisions to prescribers.
- Harassment and threats. Insults, pile-ons, bullying, threats.
- Hate. Slurs or attacks on people for who they are.
- Sexual content.
- Encouraging self-harm.
- Spam. Ads, promotion, repeated posts.
- Personal information. Real names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, links or social media handles, yours or anyone else's. Keep the conversation inside PepBloom.
3. Your privacy here
- You post under a pseudonym. Other members never see your real name, email or account.
- Nothing you log in PepBloom (doses, weight, meals, labs) ever appears in the community. Members see only what you choose to write.
- What you post can be read by every member. Don't share details that could identify you.
- Our Privacy Policy explains what we keep and for how long.
4. How moderation works
- Every post and comment is checked before other members see it. Automated rules catch obvious breaks, and an AI model (Claude, by Anthropic) screens the rest. When the check isn't sure, a person on our team decides.
- If your post is held or removed, you'll see why on the post.
- A post or comment that several members report is hidden until a moderator looks at it.
- Our moderators review every report and act within 24 hours.
5. Reporting and blocking
- Report any post, comment or member from the post, comment or profile itself, and pick the rule it breaks. The person you report never finds out who reported them.
- Block any member the same way. Their posts and comments disappear for you at once, and yours for them. You can unblock them later.
6. Warnings and bans
Depending on what happened, a moderator may remove the post, remove it with a warning, or ban the member. A ban permanently removes community access and takes down everything the member posted. It doesn't affect their subscription or the rest of PepBloom. We may ban without a warning first for anything in section 2.

7. If you or someone else is in danger
The community can't respond to emergencies. If someone is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number. If you're thinking about hurting yourself, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) in the US, or your local crisis line, at any time.
